Breakfast is served every day in the breakfast hall on the - 1st floor of the hotel.
Breakfast hall working hours: Mon.-Fri. from 7:00 – 11:00, Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays from 7:30 to 11:00.

If you prefer an early takeaway breakfast, please inform the reception in advance.
We offer breakfast for guest visitors for the additional fee of 10,00 EUR / adult, 8,00 EUR / child

CHECK - IN

The check-in time starts at 14:00. In case of early check-in please inform the reception in advance. Early check–in is based upon availability and for an extra charge.

The check-out time is until 12:00. If you wish to stay longer, please inform the reception in advance, until 12:00. Late check-out is based upon availability and for an extra charge.

DRINKING WATER

The tap water is not recommended for drinking. The drinking water in bottles is available in reception on the hotel's first floor for an extra charge.

The voltage in the hotel is 220V.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY TIPS

• Do not use an electrical appliance when the spark occurs.
• It is necessary to avoid contact between electrical devices and moisture or water.
• Do not touch the electrical appliances, switches, etc. with wet hands.
• Do not touch the wiring elements, lamps, switches, or simply working appliances with your hands while taking a bath or standing barefoot on a wet floor.
• Do not place electrical heaters near flammable materials.
• Do not leave unattended appliances, especially iron, and electric heating plugged in.
• Do not flood water on inflamed cable or break it off with your hands.
• Do not pull out the plug with the electrical device cable.
• Do not touch the electric wires bare ends with hands.
• Do not pour water into the plug or power cord when it is on fire.

EVACUATION PLAN

There is an evacuation plan in each room near the door. The location of the room is marked on the plan, as well as all emergency ways and evacuation exits.

EXTRA BED

• Children under 4 years are allowed to stay in their parent's room for FREE, including an extra bed and breakfast.
• Children aged 4 to 12 years - EUR 15 (per child/night) with extra bed and breakfast included.
• Children from 13 years - EUR 20 (per child/night) with extra bed and breakfast included.

FIRE SAFETY

There is a smoke detector in each room. In case of a fire please leave the room immediately and follow the evacuation signs in the corridors.

For your convenience, there is a hair dryer located in the bathroom.

LOST AND FOUND

Personal belongings which are found in guest rooms are being kept in the hotel for 3 months.
Personal hygiene products and food will not be kept!
Forgotten belongings may be sent back for an additional price (20,00 EUR + postal expenses).
The hotel is not taking any responsibility for the guest's personal belongings.

LUGGAGE

The luggage room is located on the first floor of the hotel.

ROOM CLEANING SERVICE

Room cleaning service is performed upon request. If you prefer to have the room cleaned during the day, please hang a ‘’Please clean the room’’ sign outside the room on the door handle till 14:00. If you forget to place the sign, we consider that you don’t need the room cleaned today. If you do not want to be disturbed, please place a “Do not disturb” card on the door knob. For changing the towels, please leave them on the floor. The bed linen is changed at least every third day of your stay.

SAFE

For personal belongings storage, we recommend using a safe which is located in each room. The hotel administration is not responsible for the things left without supervision.

SECURITY

The hotel has a video monitoring system in public areas and 24-hour security. Police number: 9 - 112 or 9 - 110.
