The check-out time is till 12:00. Please ensure your registration card is completed and placed in the key box in the foyer, along with your key, before the 12:00 check-out time.

PARKING OPTIONS

Street parking available nearby (pay at meter). Paid daily parkings at Mednieku iela 9 and Ganu iela 3 (rates available on-site). Parking in the hotel territory is prohibited.

LOST AND FOUND

Personal belongings which are found in guest rooms are being kept in the hotel for 3 months. Personal hygiene products and food will not be kept! Forgotten belongings may be sent back for an additional price (20,00 EUR + postal expenses). The hotel is not taking any responsibility for the guest's personal belongings.

LUGGAGE

The hotel does not provide a luggage storage service.

PETS

Pets are not allowed.

DRINKING WATER

The tap water is safe but it is not recommended for drinking. Drinking water can be purchased at the nearest supermarket. 

EVACUATION PLAN

There is an evacuation plan in each room on the door and in public areas (corridors and staircase). The location of the room is marked on the plan, as well as all emergency ways and evacuation exits.

FIRE SAFETY

There is a smoke detector in each room. In case of a fire please leave the room immediately and follow the evacuation signs in the corridors.
Do not use the elevator!

• Do not pull out the plug with the electrical device cable.
• Do not touch the electric wires bare ends with hands.
• Do not pour water into the plug or power cord when it is on fire.
