Breakfast

Breakfast is served every day in the breakfast hall on the 1th floor of the hotel. Breakfast hall working hours: Mon-Fri from 7:00 to 10:00, Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays from 7:30 to 10:30.
If you prefer an early take away breakfast, please inform the reception in advance.
Price for breakfast, buying at the hotel – 14 EUR / adult, 9 EUR / child

Car Parking

Nearby paid parking is located in Tallinn Old Town, approximately 3 min. drive from the hotel. For more information, please contact reception (300 or +372 6141300).

Check - in

The check-in time starts at 14:00. In case of early check - in please inform the reception in advance. Early check – in is based upon availability and for extra charge.

Check - out

The check - out time is until 12:00. If you wish to stay longer, please inform the reception in advance, until 12:00. Late check - out is based upon availability and for extra charge.

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa.

Drinking water

The tap water is not recommended for drinking. The drinking water in bottles is available in the reception for extra charge.

Electricity

The voltage in the hotel is 220V.

Electrical safety tips

• Do not use electrical appliance when the spark occurs.
• It is necessary to avoid contact between electrical device and moisture or water.
• Do not touch the electrical appliance, switches, etc. with wet hands.
• Do not touch the wiring elements, lamps, switches, or simply working appliances with hands while taking a bath or standing barefoot on a wet floor.
• Do not place electrical heaters near flammable materials.
• Do not leave unattended appliances, especially iron, electric heating plugged in.
• Do not flood water on inflamed cable or break it off with hands.
• Do not pull out the plug with the electrical device cable.
• Do not touch the electric wires bare ends with hands.
• Do not pour water to the plug or power cord when it is on fire.

Evacuation plan

There is an evacuation plan in each floor. The location of the room is marked on the plan, as well as all emergency ways and evacuation exits.

Extra bed

• Children under 4 years are allowed to stay in their parent's room for FREE, including an extra bed and breakfast.
• Children aged 4 to 12 years - EUR 15 (per child/night) with extra bed and breakfast included.
• Children from 13 years - EUR 20 (per child/night) with extra bed and breakfast included.

Fire safety

There is a smoke detector in each room. In case of a fire please leave the room immediately and follow the evacuation signs in the corridors. Do not use the elevator!

Fire and rescue service

You can call to fire service, dial 112.

Internet connection

A free Wi - Fi network is available in the hotel.

Lost and found

• Personal belongings which are found in guest rooms are being kept in the hotel for 3 months.
• Personal hygiene products and food are not kept!
• Forgotten belongings may be sent back for an additional price, which includes the service of the hotel 15 EUR + postal expenses.
• The hotel is not taking any responsibility for the guest personal belongings.

Luggage

The luggage room is located on the first floor of the hotel.
This service is free of charge.

Medical care

In case of the need of a medical care please contact the reception (Ext. 300 or + 372 6141300), or call an AMBULANCE: 112.

Pets

Pets are allowed only upon request. The additional fee for a pet is 15,00 EUR per night.

You can leave your correspondence at the reception.

Room cleaning service

Room cleaning service is performed every day from 8:30 to 16:30
Please place “Clean Room” card on the door knob if you wish your room to be cleaned. If you do not want to be disturbed, please place “Do not disturb” card on the door knob.
For changing the towels please leave them on the floor.
The bed linen is changed at least every third day of your stay.

Security

The hotel has video monitoring system in public areas and 24 - hour security. Police number: 112.

Smoking

This is non - smoking hotel.
The penalty fee for smoking in the room is 100,00 EUR.
